Kenny Wong's Tough Guy Image All Gone

Kenny Wong and Cathy Chow were filming at the Tamar Site Universal Carnival yesterday for "Jewels Splendor" and although she was not needed in the scene, their co-star Queenie Chu joined them and brought along her own camera to photograph them. Kenny had to film whilst he was on a vertical drop ride and he says that he was forced to go on it, so he was so frightened that he was pale and weak at the knees. He laughs that the tough guy image in the past has been wiped away with this incident and he has been the brunt of jokes from his co-star Cathy.

Kenny says that he does not go on fairground rides usually because men are also scared of the pull of gravity and when he went upwards on the ride, he daren't look down at the floor, but he could not put on a relaxed expression because he was so scared he could not speak, never mind act. He says that the director originally wanted him to film the scene again, but seeing him looking so pale, he did not force Kenny to do it again.
